Vegas has us anywhere from a +7 to a +9.5 dog against MSU.

Game to be played on The Deuce at 1900 hrs God's time, 1800 hrs Central.

Whatta ya think?

We barely scored 9.5 points last week. I think we can win, but no way but over 9 in our 2nd game of the season on the road.

Of you find us at +9.5 that is free money. So take it.

Easily cover. I think y'all win, but I wouldn't be willing to put money on that straight up.

We're getting pts, big pts ... anywhere from 7 to 9.5 pts. So it is MSU that would have to beat us by a TD or more.

I suspect that line is going to fall between now and game day.

That hook, that half a point though, it really has me worried why they would do that. I mean we're talking a TD and xtra point or three FGs plus the hook ... they seem pretty positive that MSU is going to beat us fairly handedly IMHO.

I'm just not sure how to take that coming out of Vegas.

Look at it like this, they thought Vandy was a full 5 points better by kickoff. Vandy had one (yes one) drive, the field goal came off the fumbled punt return and they got about 3 yards (outside of the PI call). 242 yards of offense on one that averaged like 360? I'll take it

Take us straight up to walk away with more money.

I think we would cover that spread as the favorites

These Vegas boys sure were off on quite a few games the first weekend.

They usually start getting it dialed-in by the second and third weeks.

Coming off their loss, I get the home field advantage thing and I get the "gonna play angry" assumptions that are being made by the MSU supporters, but still ... I don't get the 7-9.5 spread. I could see 4-5.

So what should happen, and we'll have to watch the line to see if it goes this way, but by Wednesday we should see that line dropping quite a bit. If that happens then Vegas will be happy and we should have us quite a ballgame between two teams playing for respect.

How could it be God's time if Climpzin is located in it? How could it be God's time if most of the Yankee's live in it?

That much overnight huh? Well, that's a little worrisome I guess, means a ton of people are laying on SCAR ... but it wouldn't surprise me to see it drop to 4-5 by kickoff. That's probably where it should have been from the get go.

I'm not real comfortable with this game. Vegas keeps leaving that hook on there ... that bothers me. I hope they are way off on this one.

4-figure bets on the opening +8.5...Vegas might be paying out some of the big $$$ they took in on the LSU game.

"Wisconsin as a double-digit underdog winning outright was what one book called the largest single win off a college football game they have ever had. They raked it in."

Vegas will struggle with the lines for the Gamecocks through the first 4 weeks this year. +6.5 is still to much in a 3 or 4 point game either way. opportunity awaits.

I can tell you're trying to talk yourself into it. Pull the trigger.

It just went to 7.5 a few minutes ago.

May go up to 8 or more by kickoff ... I just gotta keep loling at that hook though. They just keep leaving it there. They must be pretty sure that MSU is going to beat us by double-digits in their opinion.
