3* WR Jeriko Morris (Crystal Springs, Miss.) did not sign with a four-year program on Wednesday.
The 6-foot-4, 200-pounder did sign with Jones (Miss.) Community College and has been informed by the South Carolina staff that if at any point in the next few months he becomes academically eligible, he has a spot with the Gamecocks.

Yep ... that's what he said.
I think it goes back to what I mentioned a few days ago I had been told. He was going to sign 24 today, to go with the six early enrollees ... they plan on saving some spots for down the road. I was told we are going to field a roster of 77 this year and save some spots for some late signees (two maybe) and then have room for six early signees next year. So that means we'll place one or two of this class plus process four, I think, who are already on the roster.

Am I seeing the right number on Pollard's jersey? Did Sterling finally let it come out of retirement?

If we get Karamo and Sci Martin signs with us later this week or next week, then we'll have we'll have a shot to be at #23, but NOT technically on NSD. SCRooster, does that impact your bet? Did it have to be by close on NSD?

Not to my knowledge. He probably just wanted to wear it for the photo shoot as it's his HS #. I doubt Sharpe would let it come out of retirement.

Being reported on 247 now that 4* DT Stephon Talyor's LOI is IN! So it's all official now.

Nossir ... they are taking the final composite ranking that posts at close of business on the 15th, so that gives us a couple of weeks for them to move up.
Damn it would be sweet to hit #22.
I just found out my buddy has #26 plus two other squares above #25. Just hung up the phone with him. He's said he doesn't care if he wins the jackpot at #26, he'd rather see us move up into the Top 25. I told him that's dedication.
