We won't know until 6 p.m. with 4*DT Karamo. It's still 50/50 with him. I feel empathy for him that he's having to choose b/w staying close to home to play for a school like Temple or going to SC to play in the SEC under a legendary DL Coach and staff. His family issue there must be serious in order for this to even be a question.

Yeah you really have to feel for the guy. Obviously hope he comes to USC since he's such a talent, but obviously want him to do what he feels is best for him and his family.

I was looking at the gamecocks online NSD page, and they listed Pollard at 6 foot 232 lbs?! that's ridiculous!
He should probably try to cut some weight once he gets here haha.

Right now we're at #27 in the 247 Composite at 211 pts.
If Karamo and R Davis commit, we'll move up to 219, which would be good for 24th (currently.)
If just Karamo commits, we'll move to 217, which should get us 25th or 26th.
If just R Davis commits, we'll probably end up 27th or 28th when it's all said and done.
So we really need both these guys to commit. IF we get those 2 guys and get a surprise commit from McDaniels or another mid 3*+ then we'll have a good shot of staying in the Top25.

I saw that Marlon Character ended up signing with Auburn. Was there any real hope of him flipping back to us?

dont think there was much of a shot at Character unless him and his gf broke up before today. He was gonna follow her to AU from the get go.

Yes, TRob was telling him, go to the school that will help you the most. His GF was telling him though, come with me to auburn. Pussy won over coaching.

He was walking around talking to people and shaking hands, faxing the letter is just a formality right now, I wouldn't worry about it.

Just saw Boom on ESPN and he said the signees are taking pictures of their letters and sending them to him on their phones then he is forwarding those to compliance. He said it's a lot better than waiting on a fax to come in.
He said we're only waiting on one more.
ETA: He said he had 23 already signed (today we are assuming) and at the end of the day he expects to have 24 ... that we are waiting on one more and he feels good about that one. He said we got four guys today that we were not totally certain about ... and are still waiting on that one "so we'll see how that goes."

Karamo, R. Davis as uncommitted and yet to sign with anybody.
Kinlaw and Champaigne are going to Holmes JUCO.
