We know almost nothing about the process. The posters, reporters, and everyone else claiming to have insight are almost certainly speculating. That's because it's their job to report something and they're being given nothing. Put your big boy pants on.

Talking about someone that didn't even know for sure that Chizik was going to be let go. What makes guys like him more insightful on a more exclusive process?
