I agree... but the weird thing is I dont hate LSU like I hate Tennersee and Awbren. LSU fans talk more shite than any fanbase its unreal. I actually look forward to playing them each year...

Born and raised in Louisiana, lifelong Bama fan. I can tell you there wasn't nearly as much Bama hate from LSU until Saban stepped off that plane in Tuscaloosa in January 2007. Back in the 90's, while Curley Hallman was busy running their program into the ground, I had a "Roll Tide" license plate on the front of my truck and rarely heard anything about it. Nowadays, I have several Bama caps that I wear frequently and quite often someone makes a comment like "WTF are you doing wearing that hat?", "How can you be a Bama fan?", "Dude, I frickin' HATE Alabama!" It all goes back to Saban and the fact we have him and they don't. The younger fans tend to be the worst. The older ones may not like Bama much but they respect them. As LSU is the flagship school of my home state, I will cheer for them anytime they are playing a school not named Bama and make no secret of this. But I've had some of the younger ones tell me that I don't have the RIGHT to cheer for the Tigers since my first loyalty is to Bama. I usually respond by telling them their Saban Envy makes them look petty and insecure. I agree they talk more smack than any other fan base. You have no clue how much shite I had to listen to after 9-6. But revenge is a dish best served cold...after 21-0 I was a real bastard

LSU fans were desperately trying to convince Bama fans that they were melting down, when most were pretty gracious in defeat. I didn't see many A&M threads, but there were countless LSU threads dick riding A&M.I was surprised and elated.
I don't have anything against LSU, but I'm not as threatened by them as they are of Bama.
