If he hasn't made it to 8 wins by the end of the 2012 regular season he's not coming back for 2013.

I think if anything he is at least bringing stability to the program. He might not be bringing in a ton of 5 stars but he is getting some damn good talent. These kids wont be like Kiffins recruits and not qualify or end up on death row either.

Imo, the administration will give him 5 (4 more) years to win an SEC title, if he can't do it, then he'll be out of a job.
To get to those 4th and 5th years, I think he has to win 16 games combined this year and next.

I think he needs 9-3 in 2012 to be guaranteed a 4th year. 8-4 could get him there but not for sure.
