Speaking of rivalries, what will be CBS' prime time game this year?

LSU @ Alabama? Again?

How many years in a row has this been?

Frankly, as far as rivalries are concerned, CBS knows what the biggest rivalry can be. However, I still would say the Iron Bowl is, but CBS has probably been wary to wait to the last week to show the prime time game. With Auburn having to play UGA late, it is possible that the Iron Bowls may not have major title significances. (although, it has many years)

But what is the answer to my question? I can't foresee any other game that will be the prime time game this year.
Maybe UGA- Auburn.

Likely LSU @ Bama.

With the off the field drama considered, it should be the Egg Bowl.

It definitely won't be Auburn-Georgia unless something drastic happens since the only CBS prime time game will be on 11/4.

SEC games that day are LSU at Bama, Auburn at Texas A&M, Florida at Missouri, South Carolina at Georgia and Ole Miss at Kentucky.

They're the 2 biggest fan bases in the conference and Alabama is almost always going to be in the national championship conversation, so the game in a natural for prime time.

You would think LSU would want to change it since it correlates with their current losing streak with the exception of the game of the century.

Good point. No offense to LSU, but it's gotta get old being disappointed year after year.

UGA auburn would be the other big one, especially if both are undefeated at that point. Would likely mean a precursor to an SEC Championship rematch (assuming auburn wins)

Same as last year, and the year before that, and the year before that, and the year before that, and the year before that, and the year before that.

I think this would have to be the 7th year in a row. I know the 2011 "Game of the Century" was prime time. It has been ever since then which would make this the 7th straight year.
