If Counzo leaves, who is the replacement, will Hubbs transfer?

With the size of TB you needs to move seats so somebody that plays a fast / exciting game. Also would help to get a "character" who plays well in the media and with fans.

Hart is an imbecile if his first 2 calls aren't to Marshall and Howland. I think if we bring in a big name coach then the fallout will be minimal if anything.

True. I'm trying to give Hart the benefit of the doubt but given the UTAD's track record, I fully expect us to hire either a no-name mid major coach or a known name retread from a somewhat bigger program.
Hopefully Hart proves me wrong.
