Nope. The punter held on that FG. I would think that is due to the pairings they use in practice and wanting to avoid any variables for the freshman kicker on such a big kick.

Interestingly enough, he was only holding because Vinnie was hurt. Vinnie usually holds for the backup kicker, but because he was hurt, we had a punter out there.

Wow, that definitely could have changed the game. Mandell nearly got to Davis on the return. If that had been Sunseri, he might have had a chance to make the tackle. How long until one of the crazy Bammers makes a thread giving this as an excuse for the loss?

I had real bad gas during the game. all of it was just these loud arse odorless farts. The last few moments before the kick six I felt like I was just going to explode this massive sound barrier breaking catastrophe. But instead, it was silent but deadly.

No offense to AJ as he is a solid player, but he should have never even been invited for these awards. This is kind of ridiculous. He isn't even the best player at his position in the SEC. He might even be 3rd or 4th best at his position in the conference.

Ah, I guess it's just one of those things where they are spreading the wealth of the awards.

Because obviously Winston deserved this over McCarron.

ETA: Just as Manziel deserved it over Te'o.

Many NCAA college football head coaches, sportswriters, sportscasters, and the members of the Maxwell Football Club from all over the nation disagrees with you.

That's cool. You know it's partly politics.

Winston is the best player in the country. Manziel is better than McCarron too.

WHAT THE frick. you come here to talk shite about AJ winning an award and the first thing you reference is pulling stuff out if your a-hole. I guess you're the reason that A&M leads the NCAA in glory holes on campus( nttawwt)

damn you mean he might have won this for being the biggest winner at the qb position in college football history?

Team accomplishment. AJ has never been the best player on his own offense. He has never been the best qb in his own conference. Happy he won.
