UK Baseball 2013 thread - did they change the rules for this season on the deck?

I am reading the sheet on the deck and this is what UK has as policy

Free of charge - already knew this
Standing room only - already knew this
First come first served - already knew this

Then we get to the next part and prohibited items!
open containers
glass
cans
ice chests
coolers
grills
stools
chairs
tables
smoking
pets

Now here is my question. Has this always been the policy and it is just not enforced or is this new policy because UK is now ranked?

Same rules as always. Nothing on the deck. Beer in cups. Grills in lot. I coached a kid on the team and asked him because that was a worry of mine. He said all rules the same. I think the team would riot if they made stricter policies. The players and coaches love us.

Eta: to clarify, all of those rules are enforced. Basically you can bring a cup and yourself.

Anybody headed out to the deck tomorrow? I was going to head out this weekend, but it's supposed to be 36 on Saturday. Not sure I'm ready for the party in freezing weather.
