Matthews press conference tomorrow-Should he stay or should he go?

I have no idea if he's staying or not. Would Franklin encourage him to stay? It would hurt big time to lose him too. That would be our three biggest guys on offense gone just in time to start having Franklin's recruits begin taking over a greater share of positions from CBJ's vets. If his grade for the draft came back early 2nd or so, he should probably go. I don't think his stock would get higher next year, and his mentor, Earl Bennett, left after his junior year.

The Vandy board is clearly not a priority. They may have just been too shocked that someone would request it to do anything.

Now, I wouldn't go that far...

That said, I am happy that Matthews is staying. He certainly will make a name for himself in the NFL, whenever he decides to go.
