last spot will be on defense, I think it will be a linebackers coach. Jancek has coached both at Cincy. But Martinez and Stripling have never had split units so my guess is that the last hire will be to coach linebackers.

Tee would have been great to have back. There are loads of young qualified coaches out there though. I support whoever CBJ wants and feels qualified.
