How strict are MLB ballparks being this year about where you sit?

I was getting 3 tickets to a Braves game, only seats that are available are singles. Does anyone who’s been to a game this year, specifically the Braves, know if the ushers are being strict on you sitting in your designated spot, or do you think buying separate tickets but still sitting together at the game is a possibility?

Can't speak to the Braves, but White Sox games have been lenient regarding seats and masks so far. No usher has even asked to check a ticket. A buddy of mine went to a Brewers game last week, and said pretty much the same.

If you're only a group of three, I'd imagine you'll be fine.

Pirates games just depend on what usher you have. I had friends able to move around in one section but the usher in my section broke up groups of more than 4.

I’d kill myself if my franchise wasn’t allowing tickets wherever.

The virus is dead.

We had three in section 42 and 2 all the way up top and let us all sit together. Ushers didnt even look at our tickets.

This was with 33% tho. With the upped capacity I’m sure it will be a little different.

I know at Cub games the Ushers were very stict in the lower section not so vigilant in the others.

Not sure how they did the bleachers - those are usually general admission but did not sit there the two games I went so not sure how they handled it.

Went to Truist last week. I got tix for the upper deck nosebleeds. The lady and I sat one section lower and nobody said a thing.

You have to put your mask on as you walk in, but you can take it off after that and nobody will say anything.

Went to the Astros home opener. Half capacity. Signs that masks were required. Enforcement was almost nonexistent at the seats. Saw an older usher talking to a 40-something woman with a kid as the game ended and she put her mask back on. But I think it was because the two of them kept going to the front of the section to wave down to people in the lower section.

At Busch, As long as you had a drink or food near by, you would get away without having a mask on.

Not sure what was more disgusting- MLB moving the All-Star game, or none of the teams condemning it.

frick this dead league. Been defending it for years, but was clearly wasting my time. Everyone saying it’s dying is correct.

Haven't been to any games in Chicago this year, but was at Target Field last Thursday and it was pretty lenient. Aside from getting into the game, no one checked our tickets. Most Twins game I go to, I never make it to my seat and just chill at standing room in LF. Did the same last week, albeit the ushers were a bit strict about masks being on if you, quite literally, weren't drinking or eating.
