Anyone ever tried this? If so, how'd they turn out?

When did you add them to the pot?

I've done brussel sprouts before but thinking of trying some green beans or sugar snap peas this weekend.

Yes, did them recently and they turned out pretty good. I used the frozen kind in the steamer bag and just threw them in once I cut the heat.

Pop some holes in the can with a can opener. Drain. Sink.

Do it at the very end of soaking or you're gonna be shitting blood.

Most green veggies go great in crawfish boil.

- Broccoli
- Green beans
- Asparagus
- Artichoke
- baby bok choy
- brussells sprouts
- jalapenos

Etc. All good. Try em all.

Get a can of green bean, peel of the label, pop some holes in the can, drop in the boil with the potatoes. They okay.
