Faris is great in "Whats Your Number". Ryan Reynolds, really should be given alot of credit for not getting typecast after Van Wilder. Because that role was so perfect for him, such an iconic movie, that you could almost see him getting a Sean William Scott type cast thing.
I think Ryan Reynolds will be his generation's Chevy Chase. He's that level of comedic actor. They both have the subtle comedic delivery, that isn't quite dead pan but something a little more edgy that not many actors can pull off. Although Reynolds really has branched out more than Chase did as far as range of roles.

That movie has one of the all time ridiculous scenes when Faris and Evans play one on one basketball in their underwear.
This just screams some producer telling everyone "Ok, we have two hot people so get them half naked any way you can."
