1). Tackles did not play well but it was because MN attacked pass every play and they have very good DEs. Payton gives up on running in close games. Saints passed exactly 2 of every 3 plays in that game. Even though they averaged over 5 ½ yards per run attempt. Every game the Saints lost last year they ran less than 20 times I think. And in none of those games were they too far behind to keep running. And how did SF beat MN. They ran the ball down their throats. SF does not have a better Oline or backs than the Saints. Payton’s play calling lost that game. Not his Oline. Go ahead and flame away everyone. But the stats I gave are good.

The playcalling is what it is when you don’t have players that can win 1 on 1
