Maybe.

But they also sense that our lives are absolutely fricked if we keep this shite up for as long as what it’ll take to have an impact.

You’re about to see the power of humans’ want for self preservation. And rightfully so.

Our lives are absolutely fricked if we don't contain this shite.

We can recover economically. We can't bring people back to life.

Explain to me why healthy people, who have a very small chance of becoming seriously ill, can’t help grind it out and keep the economy moving forward a bit. People who are susceptible to clogging up ICU beds should be taken care of and highly quarantined. But why go farther than that?

That's how this will continue to spread. Letting this run rampant in the "healthy" population is about the worst idea I've heard.

Herd immunity bro. Hindsight being 20/20, elderly and anyone with pre-existing conditions should have been told to self quarantine in January, everyone else should go about keeping the economy humming along.

I don’t agree with this.

That life isn’t worth the cost.

Its going to do that anyways. The healthy population can just deal with it now or we can slowly deal with it while we don’t work over the next 7-10 months.
