If Obama had ordered the strike last night, the vast majority of the people bashing Trump (it took CNN about 20 minutes to turn the story into a "TRUMP IS RECKLESS" angle, as usual) would be saying "I'm sure he had info that forced him to make that decision", including the majority of the anti-Obama people. Sadly, because its Trump, NOTHING he does is looked at as anything but, "It was a bad decision". Sad. And boring, at this point.

Agreed, but I do think there is an isolationist faction of Trump supporters who don't like neocon meddling and are put off by moves like this. We'll see where it goes. It's possible the Bolton gang got to Trump.

What's funny, is that the same people angry that Trump killed a terrorist leader, are the same people that went silent when Obama dropped a bomb on an American citizen.

I'm sure if Obama did this, most of this board would be melting down too.

I caught a clip of Anderson Cooper complimenting the kill and covered the Americans killed by the POS

Not earth shattering but many familiar with our history with Iran aren't exactly crying over this

And the same people who are lauding this action would be condemning it if Obama made the decision.

Why pretend that isn't true?

How many Trump supporters were congratulating Obama for throwing the Benghazi victims under the Bus. Is the Film producer still in prison?
You clowns are never serious or consistent.

We may as well face it now folks, if this turns into a war we will not only have to fight Iran, we will have to fight the progressive left here on our own soil. There is no doubt they are going to assist Iran carry out attacks against American citizens here in the States and we better be ready to respond accordingly.

Our republic and way of life is worth fighting for and defending and the time is near. Stay true and vigilant good people of America, we will win this fight and can put an end to the progressive lefts bullshite for good

There has been much less partisan bickering on this than I expected. CNN has been reasonably fair so far which is shocking.

are you cherry picking opinion headlines. Most everything I've seen reported regardless of news site is that the general being killed is a good thing

some are continuing with thinking what future implications with war might be but i have to see one person saying his death was bad. Including the Democrats running for president.

Here's the big OT thread from the night of the Bin Laden announcement:

Here's what Chicken himself said in that very thread:

if Osama is dead, the threat level against us goes up big time...who's to say that his death isn't some trigger for some future attacks on us?

I remember when libs were incensed for a month after Trump refused to bomb Saudi Arabia into the Stone Age for killing one of their own people in Turkey.
