Does anyone have any input about the GRS flight yoke that's on kickstarter currently? Here's a link.
Just a little info about the wheeling and dealing going on on my end. After beginning January with no cabinets, I scored my first two, Pac Man and Golden Tee, from Marshall's. I struck a deal on OfferUp for a TMNT from someone for a decent price. I upgraded my Pac Man with a good deal on the Costco version with a lighted marquee and stool. I sold the stool to someone on OfferUp who said, by the way, my friend works for Arcade1Up so let me know if there are any cabinets you want.
Apparently, Arcade1Up's been out of the Pac Man stool for quite a while so that's all this guy was missing. Within a day, I got a Star Wars cab and a limited edition Marvel cab for pretty cheap. So now I'm up to 5 cabs for $920, which actually might get better with a few other deals as well.
I plan on doing a 4-6-6-4 mod to the controls on the TMNT. I might do a vertical mod on the Pac Man to add some classics like Dig Dug and Centipede.
One question is, should I add a rollerball to my Pac Man cab? That kickstarter link above has an option to get the yoke, a Tron joystick, a GRS spinner, and a GRS rollerball. So I could add a spinner and a rollerball, but would that make my control panel too cluttered?
I'm hoping that someone figures out how to use the Arcade1up Star Wars yoke with a PC or a Pi. If not, however, the kickstarter yoke would be a good option to allow me to add more recent Star Wars games to that cab. However, it would cost close to what I paid for the Star Wars cab to begin with.

This sounds like that episode of the office where Dwight traded a thumb tack for magic beans.
