Some are conflating the league's devious behavior on concussions with this issue, it's not useful in my opinion. The only way to maintain reasoning is to evaluate based on evidence on a per case basis.
As others have said, two wrongs don't make a right... but two Wrights did make an airplane. See how I separated those two issues ?
