It’s officially gameday, boys!
I’ve been watching LSU football all my life. From the highs to lows. I watched LSU’s reputation take a major hit over the last decade. That changes tonight. LSU’s win ove Georgia last year was a statement game. The bowl game was reassurance. The Texas game ushered in a new era to LSU football. And tonight LSU will cement itself as a perennial team for years to come. I don’t look to see a 24-20 win. I look to see a 2011 dominance. A 41-11 type win. A show of force that this team stands apart. 45-17. The state game will be a blood bath. I don’t see this team struggling for most of the year.

It all starts tonight when we be the breaks off those jort wearing frickers

I would be thrilled if we win by two scores but a statement win could set our trajectory to new heights. If we execute on both sides of the ball we have potential to send a message and to embolden our team. Let's hope we show up ready to fire on all cylinders

I like the enthusiasm, but this defense is not close to the 2011 defense.
