Serious question. How do you 200 pull-ups in a day? I can maybe do a few sets of 8-10 before I’m spent for the whole day. Are these assisted pull-ups or the CrossFit type?

I’m breaking the movement up into 5/10/15. 20 sets. Sometimes I do 10/20/30, but it’s harder that way. I tire easily. The last time I did the challenge I could do the entire calisthenics part in under 17:30 if I really pushed it. It’s just like everything else, the more you do it, the better you get at it.

And to answer your question, I’m only doing strict pull ups. CrossFit pull ups are for figs.
