re: Idea that Orgeron is owed a raise

People keep saying that the preseason predictions were outperformed yet ignore that outside of the UGA game, LSU didn’t exceed any expectation and in fact did match what they should have. Auburn and Miami were way worse than expected. 10-2 at worst and being competitive with Alabama should’ve been the expectation but instead they go 9-3, get embarrassed with the worst loss to Bama in 16 years. Just because you beat UGA doesn’t erase the fact that you lost 3 games.

In the end, what O and his supporters did was lower the bar immediately once it was obvious he was in over his head. That is not how championship programs are run and exactly why Millenials are so entitled. The bar is lowered to make them winners and the same is being done for O.

He can get a no raise extension with no buyout added and like it, and the only reason for that is to at least fake the idea of stability.
