Not a tech guy but the problem is they block all cell service except for the one who is the "official sponsor" of Tiger athletics. I believe that is Verizon.

Yeah, no. They offer better Verizon, obviously, because of the additional infrastructure built by Verizon. But they do not break FCC rule and federal law by "blocking" another carrier.
