There's just one problem with that statement. Lasco was legit on special teams last year, & he's a gunner for us this year. Victor has never proven anything on special teams during his NFL career. I'm not saying he can't do it, but to act like it's a given is absurd.
Let's just be real about this. Did anyone actually see Victor play a snap on special teams? The dude is like 5'8" 215.

He's a gunner on special teams. You can't just slide anyone in there.

Maybe, but I have a feeling Payton isn't ready to cut bait on Lasco yet I remember him being high on him coming out of the draft.
