"I stopped in to pick up my season tickets, parking and out of town tickets today and was turned away because the ticket office is not ready to issue them. 2 weeks before the season and I will be "informed when" I can pick up my tickets by email.
Anyone else have similar denial of purchased tickets?"
They told me the same thing when I called last Thurs.
