I own one and they are fun to play with. I don't think people get a fair shake with them. Everyone assumes you are up to no good with it. How many people use a cell phone to take a picture of something they aren't supposed to? How many people worried about their back yard privacy leave their curtains open in the front of their house for the world to see or use a cell phone to peer in? Instead of punishing those doing wrong, the entire drone community is catching flak.

I get that...but did you click the link and watch the video? In a situation like that, I think the drone "pilot" is in the wrong and he/she is violating that person's private space. If she can knock that thing down without pulling out her AR-15...she should be allowed to do so. If the "pilot" doesn't want it taken out...don't fly in her private space. Seems reasonable to me.
