Trying to decide to go with thinsulate or not. Thinsulate is a little more expensive, worried they may be a little too warm for year round use. Anyone know?
PS free shipping and 20% off right now.

I went with non-thinsulate and wish I didn't. Mine aren't very comfortable at all and I would think that thinsulate would be comfy. Just buy 1 of each. One for winter and one for non-winter.

The unlined ones are good for about 3" of water, they leak at the seam, mine do anyways.

I have 2 pairs non-thinsulate. I toss on thick socks when its cold. Never had any issues

I have some LL beans that are 25+ years old and are just now starting to get worn our. I no longer buy any insulated footwear, as we get way too much hot weather here and I always find my feet sweating in anything with insulation.
I think beans run large, so just put on some insulated socks when needed.

What's your budget? For a little bit more money you can get a pair of Schnee's. It's a better boot.
