I used to substitute teach when I first got into real estate and was in a pinch due to a bad month. I also sold merchant services as an independent agent for a year and did pretty well with it. Find some independent sales jobs and hustle. Between that, real estate, and subbing I did ok.

Where can I find a couple people that have TWIC cards and basic OSHA and want to do hard work in a plant below Baton Rouge? I can't find anyone that actually wants to sweat and work.
