Is he someone you would trust as your WR2 week one or wait for him to get a couple games under his belt?

He has the talent, but he plays for the Raiders.
I'd use him at flex, if he were on my team.

The volume he is going to get alone makes him a WR2.
The entire offense will go through him.

Grabbed him in the 5th to play as my flex. Too much upside here. Carr looked decent last year with no one to throw to.

In a PPR league he will be great. His receptions are going to make up for him not getting in the end zone. Carr kept screwing up td opportunities the other day. I may get Sabastion Janakowski though. He will be booting tons of field goals.

By all appearances cooper is a stud and already a polished route runner with great hands
There's always a risk with unknown commodities, but randle at best will be playing in a committee where the hot hand gets the heavier load
That's best case scenario for him until Dunbar and/or McFadden get hurt, start really sucking or get cut

He's a WR2 in ppr imo.

I took him in the 6th of a 10 team PPR League. I have him as my WR3. I think he's going to be a stud. I even made a side bet with a guy who drafted right before me and took Allen Robinson that Cooper would have more points at the end of the regular season than Robinson for $50.

You will not be able to wait and see with him. He will be picked in most 12 team leagues between 4/5 th round. I never draft a rookie WR this high, but if there was ever one, it would be him. Hard to find fault in his game.

He's a year and half away from being a WR stud. Should put up solid numbers this season 1,000 yards 6-7 TDs, but watch the growth the following season.
