After watching that for the 5th time, I cannot guess his age. I want to say 50 but he might be 30.

Is this a typical State fan or does every SEC team have at least one of these "special people" as the leader of their fan base? Just wondering because if everyone does I need to start scouring along the border of Arky & Mo to find one. Maybe I can find a stray from Arky.

Is he seriously special needs? I hope not because I have been laughing at this. My sister is special needs and this would completely change my disposition towards this if so. If anyone has any background on this that would be great.
