PF shut me down for 6 months back in the day. Had to keep a pair of shoes by the bed to slip on before my feet hit the ground. Stuff is no joke. Grab a copy of the book Pain Free by Pete Egoscue. Back when I raced a lot I read that book like it was the Bible.

I had it. Took me about 9 months to get rid of it. I basically did nothing for about 7 months.
I eventually got a boot to wear at night which was the deal. Then I used a frozen water bottle to roll it out
The boot is the deal

My youngest son had some luck with the boot as well. Ultimately though, I don't know if anything other than time will fix that problem for most. Also got to be careful of secondary injuries when you come back due to imbalanced muscles etc......

I was just about to tell you to roll it on a frozen water bottle. Also, keeping is stretched as much as possible is key. If you can sleep with it stretched that's a huge help. Unforutnely, it is one of those nagging injuries that just takes time. It hurts like hell in the morning because it's so tight, so you have to find a way to loosen it up so it feels better.

I also have a bad case of athletes foot on top of my right foot any ideas how to get rid of it.
Dog urine is the best cure for that.

I hope not. I'm thinking it's an impact type injury or a stone bruise. I thought Plantar fasciitis is more arch?
ETA- getting old sucks, stay young.

Ellitor posted something from P Marshall in another thread that said he was expected to play and Miller would be out. I like the OL better with Young at RT so it looks like we hit the trifecta.
