Its simple...stay down in the Rivermarket for bar-hopping. There's everything there from piano bars to a flying fish.

As to tailgating...just walk around the golf course in your Mizzou shirt. You'll get lots of free beer (thrown at you).

The Asher area they are discussing is like East St Louis, while there are some things to do there...you probably don't want to do them in front of the police, you know, if the police actually went down there.

We have the best tailgating spot in LR. Right across Fair Park from the media parking area...next to a playground for the kids....close to where the frat boys (and sorority girls) hang out. Not crowded and close to the pond, so we see all the drunk LSWho fans go swimming. I swear we only help them into the water a little bit.

I am no longer a Hillcrestian (Hillcrestite?), so I have lost have the ability to pre-tailgate at my house before walking a block and a half to the golf course. This makes me sad. On a brighter note, I don't live next to a bank that gets robbed every two weeks.
