Oops. Forgot they play teams like North Dakota.

You also forgot KSU and La Tech.

#40. Wow. Who cares. Point is we are not great at passing and we will be roundly punished for it at some point.
Sick of the sunshine pumping nonsense.

You should. You were the one saying we had not faced a Top 40 passing D...when we have faced 3 in 4 games.

Like last year?

Aww...did NM's 271 yards of total offense really get to you?

Last year we could compensate through solid run blocking and the element of surprise.

No, but his measly 166 passing yards with two NFL receivers on the field did.

Did not enjoy his 3 TD passes and 199 QB rating(third highest of his AU career)?

Do you want people to be miserable with you? Not really sure what you are sick of

With 10 completions, I certainly hope it's that high.
We'll see how right either one of us is after Saturday. I'll be happy to be wrong.

Well I am sure the #5 pass D that LSU will bring will affect NM but regardless of his play, he will be good in my book.
He has more than proven to be the man this season.

you do. That's why you tried to use it in your argument.

The run blocking is a legit concern. We can no longer get 7-8 yards running up the gut with everyone knowing it's coming. It still amazes me that we could do that last year. Hopefully Marshall can compensate just enough.
But the element of surprise is bullshite. Do you honestly think UGA, Bama, Mizzou, FSU didn't know what we were going to do on offense?

Part of that was how dominant in traffic Tre Mason was. Still, our interior OL and HBack have been rough

And our starting QB is 97th (not adjusted for drops) in the country in completion percentage
Because if you included just the 6 drops against KSU, his completion percent jumps up 8 percent to 64.4% which would put him at 35th in the country.
That's what happens when you have a low number of attempts. Those six drops have a pretty significant effect on his numbers.

But that does not fit his agenda.

But he doesn't care about that statistic anymore

and I'm sure he is the only QB that has had WRs drop the ball
Look, Marshall clearly has improved but the OL is playing is not conducive to Marshall's style of play.

Another interesting stat under Malzahn...
Auburn has now been ranked in the AP top 10 for 14 straight polls. The longest top 10 streak since the 94/95 seasons under Tater Tot (17 polls).

and I'm sure he is the only QB that has had WRs drop the ball
But I like the way you try to downplay that point as if an 8 point swing & a 64% completion percentage is trivial.
