it would be just like UF in 2012...we beat them but lose to UA in the SECCG, yet they go to a BCS bowl game...now, in the new system, we would go to the playoffs while USCe crows about winning in September

But I don't think we would. Our resume wouldn't be good enough to get a playoff spot over whoever comes in 2nd in the west.

it would be if our only loss was to the SECe champion, on the road, by three....i mean obviously we would have to take care of our business, but there is no elite teams outside of Oregon in the other conferences...especially if FSU loses tonight

As bad as I want the Dawgs to win a Natty ... I want to win the SEC more.
I believe whomever wins the SEC will be in the Playoffs, especially an undefeated or a 1 loss SEC Champion.

And personally, I think if your can't win you conference ... you shouldn't be playing for a National Championship.

Screw SC. vandy ain't likely going to hold that lead but SC still has Missouri, Auburn, Tennessee, and Florida..
