The 2005 LSU/Bama pre game flyover was the scariest one I've ever experienced. An Airbus refueling tanker flanked by two fighter jets all doing about 400 mph buzzed the top of the construction cranes at BDS.

Yes. It's the Sterman owned by the Aerospace Department at State. They did a ground up restoration to return it to FAA flight-worthy status and named it Snoopy I. It was Foglesong flying it.

Since no one else seems to know, that was MSU president, (at the time) Doc Foglesong piloting the biplane. He was a decorated Air Force fighter pilot that flew F-15's in the Gulf War.

Yup.

He will always have a special place in my heart for firing LT and beginning our rise into relevance.

That's "Stearman" and it was WWI era, although some were used as initial trainers at the beginning of WWII.
