It would definitely be an upset, but not a huge one.

I think LSU can, I don't think they will. I see this as a 4th place SECW LSU team, but capable of putting together a couple of games where they could beat most teams.

It really doesn't seem fair any more. At this point it's fish in a barrel type stuff.

Maybe we do need to go back to MSU's first SEC game being Aub so at least they go up against fans with the chest to handle it.

No. After State demoralizes them Saturday night, they will be so distraught LSU may not win another game this season.

LSU has only has won 2 games in Jordan Hare during the entire 21st century

How many more years do you think will pass before Auburn gets their first 21st century win in Baton Rouge?

We're bringing our stiff dew to the Plains this year. Might kick over a BBQ grill too.

How many of LSU's current players were on the roster the last time AU beat LSU? How many of them were on the roster the last time AU beat LSU in Jordan Hare?

I get your point, but sometimes these types of odd points (2 for last 7) aren't relevant to present day events. That said, I think AU beats LSU by 6-8 points.

how about the fact the last time these two teams played in JHS, LSU squeaked out a 12-10 victory against the worst team in modern Auburn history

Then we could take a page from their book and ride that shite to the championship game ( except we'd win of course).

First off, 21-0.

Secondly, yes, of course LSU could upset Auburn, although I think it's unlikely this year.

I know it's not "new", doesn't make it less ridiculous though.

curse of being msu's first sec opponent. I'm sure you'll be around to chastise the lsu fans for jumping on the bandwagon next year.
