the Scots would have to find a replacement for the Pound

No.

The Scottish Pound is produced from a different bank mint and is not the same currency as English Pounds. There is already two currencies.

Wait they can't watch porn in the UK? What the frick?

I know, it's shocking

As for this vote, Idc how it turns out I have a hard time believing the UK will just let the Scottish just bail. Doesn't that territory have a lot if not most of the UK's natural resources?

Brit government outlawed online pron after a high profile pedophile case in the last year where a lot of child porn was found on the perps computer.

A bit heavy handed, but I get their point.

From what I read in the link from page 1 it sounds like this new government filter is optional, but bans a lot more than porn

But idk, don't know much about it. Either way, it sounds like a road I wouldn't want our government starting down regarding restricting information and technology

The Primary reason is North Sea Oil. If Scotland secedes, they will keep a majority of the oil wealth and pretty much immediately become one of the richest countries per capita in the world.

I'll be honest. I have always thought Scotland was it's own country. The more you know...

Banning pornography is a serious matter and should be treated as such

You bastard!

Are you the guy who set it up on the computers at my very southern Baptist high school that whenever you went anywhere that basically wasn't a Christian website a white screen would display that said "Jesus is watching"?

If so, I seriously doubt Jesus would have a problem with me and my buddies playing Halo my man

not unless you graduated from a TX Christian school in the last 1.5 years. I've had some pretty funny ones where we redirected to Disney or mormon.org if they went to porn though.

sometimes i barely live with myself, but as few know, it's actually a federal law that they have in place that schools HAVE to do it. Porn itself is actually less than half the problem. Getting google, youtube, and yahoo to force themselves to safe searches and not have GIS show a vajooj when researching beavers is where the real trickery arises.

I worked with a customer that had the school board lobby to basically only block child porn and full on PnV or PnBH pornography because anything else was violating their freedom of speech. buncha effin' liberals. probably don't spank their kids

Stacked could indeed get to ebaumsworld in that district.

My junior year in HS some kid set all the wallpaper on the CPU lab desktops to an up close pic of a really hairy vagina. It was hilarious.

Wrong.

Scotland does print their own version of the British pound but it is the same currency as is in use throughout Great Britian.
