Freshman in college is not underage. If the young lady is in high school that is a problem. Especially with all the 18-24 yr old women running around in Columbia, MO !!!!

Underage women by definition cannot give consent for sexual activity with an adult male. If that is what he did, first time for anybody and they are out of the program no matter how clean a student athlete they've been and straight into the clink.
