Falcons had a very sweet win over the Aints this weekend. very, very hard to resist trolling the TD on that, but its a death wish. Dont do it.
They get a very chapped arse if you say anything bad about the Aints.

i have been busy as shite. Finally got to toss around the Lanier spinnerbaits and shaky heads. Good stuff. Im gonna need some with gold colorado blades for that muddy water I fished. Blah

Awesome baits man. I could really use some inline spinners and buzzbaits on a short, heavy wire. The salt companies like to make it long as hell so they get bent to shite.

I have some spinnerbaits with very heavy wire. I make them for guys who fish for Peacock bass. They dont bend
I do not have inline spinners though. Just like pictured. I have them up to 2 ounces.

Thanks man. Hand painted baits rock but they take more time and labor to make which makes them mo money
I made these last week for a guy in the California Delta. Great looking dirty water bait. I enjoy doing the custom stuff. I also paint some crank baits which I like.
Its the production work that gets old but it is what pays for the vacations.

Do people really catch fish with spinner baits? I'm beginning to think people are lying about catching fish on them. I've got bass on every other type of lure I've ever used but have yet to catch anything other than a stump on a spinner bait.

Guy in my bass club fishes a spinnerbait or crankbait all year long. Never changes. He's always in the top 5.

I have caught one on a spinnerbait, but I consider myself a pretty decent fisherman. The secret is you must get it in their mouth....unless you can foul hook them.

I catch fish just about every time I go so I'm not a novice. I've caught bass on plastic worms/lizards, crank baits, jerk baits, buzz bait, frogs, assorted top water lures and a pig and jig. I've even caught one on a damn super spook but I have never caught a damn thing on a spinner bait. It pisses me off.

Bass tend to feed on spinnerbaits when the water is cooler. I am not sure where you are fishing but try them more when the water temperatures are under 70. Even better when they are under 60
Other than a plastic worm or jig, there have probably been more bass caught on spinnerbaits than any other artificial lure in the history of the world.

KVD has made a fortune using them. I am convinced he could find the only bass in a large lake though.

That explains a lot. I do the vast majority of my bass fishing in April, May, early June, late Sept and early Oct. If I'm fishing during the cooler months I'm fishing for crappie.

I'm with you, man. I've caught a total of 1 bass on a spinner, but it was probably more realistic to call it a minnow I can wear them out all day on an artificial worm though. Nothing beats the feeling of the tap, tap, tap right before that bass hits.

i have caught a ton on a spinnerbait. Probably the best river lure out there.
