No. It is explained in the op. Additionally, Josh Robinson had more yards from scrimmage than 3 backs on the list and was more efficient than 4 that made the list. Russell Hansbrough and Braylon Heard had more yards from scrimmage than one back on the list.
However, since this list is an objective ranking based on production the yards from scrimmage statistic will be one that is a major factor. However, the committee reviews game film, all rb statistics and other relevant information in compiling the list.

If one running back had more yards from scrimmage and is ranked lower, it does not make it an objective list. Strength of opponent, especially after week 1, along with many other things you consider are subjective.

A list that has your user name in the title of the list implies subjectiveness based on criteria and opinions that you deem important.
