First of all, no, this is not the dawgrant. The owner of the dawgrant is a fricking dumbass who didn't re-up on the domain name and let his site disappear. This is the Georgia sports board on SECrant.com, an offshoot of tigerdroppings.com.

But that's getting off topic. Back to the point...regardless of whatever site we're on...why does that even matter? Do rules not matter anymore? You say "this is the dawgrant" as if that means that we don't have to have guidelines and regulations. Are you ok with the fact that rules can be made up on the fly?
