Its the glasses that keeps him from looking too ridiculous on tv. Hence his radio prominence all these years

Does bama even have a game tomorrow?

Can pretty much guarantee I won't watch 5 minutes of it.

Really has to suck being a Gump these days. You look forward to football all year, yet your team schedules the weakest teams possible, even in the SEC and isn't even worth watching 80% of the season

Do you stay angry all the time? Chill out bro. Alabama makes you so mad. I wish I could hug you. Love ya man.

I see your point. Auburn gets to play great teams like Alabama. Alabama doesn't get to play Alabama. Their schedule sucks.

The only problem with this build up of Sims, who I am really pulling for after his dedication, is that when he looks average or worse, the melt will be severe. The only thing I am concerned about is how good is our OL and can we shut down WV's offense. If we can run for 200 plus yards and hold them to 14 or less points I will be pretty excited about this team.

I sure hope so, Sims has paid his dues & some...
I'd like to see him succeed while leading Bama to great things. Having a short rope puts more pressure on Sims, but a 5th year senior should be prepared for that.

Sims is a good guy, has paid his dues, and I would love to see him be successful. I have a small fear that he may have a ceiling that keeps us from being as good as we need to be. But you play with the team you have, not the team you wish you had.

SO true, and it's a lonely life when one reaches the top of the mountain. Things like this come with the territory, but I sure hope Bama can continue success they've had lately. It's also tough staying on top in CFB or any team sport for that matter

I will be disappoint if we don't rush for 350 plus yards.

Crap. I'm confused. I thought Coker was going to shock everyone. Please clear this up. Will we be shocked by Sims or by Coker?

Or maybe we will be shocked that Coker is not playing and that Sims is playing?

On the other hand you could be saying that we will be shocked that Sims isn't any good, because Bama fans have been telling us how good all their QB's are. Is that it?

The confusion is great in this thread.

So you guys are saying we will be shocked by how bad Sims is? I mean...like....he will be so bad he will be pulled and replaced by Coker?

Thanks for clearing THAT up.

NOW> Will we be shocked by Coker? And will it be in a good way, or a bad way?

I doubt that there will be any shock in this game at all. I suspect we try to rely on the run as much as possible, and that both qb's play but neither really opens it up in a significant way.

Wow. Now. See? I am confused again. I thought Auburn won the SEC last season. Is that the success you are wanting to continue?
