It's almost like some people don't remember 2011. Championship team that started the season in almost the exact scenario. 2 guys, both will divide time in the first few games, 1 will separate and be the starter. If not, we're probably screwed anyway. Roll Tide biatches.

Who let this IRA motherfricker into my bar?

Pretty sure Alabama could win most of their games with Kige at QB.

Simms
Not trying to start stuff, but hate to see people, especially Bama fans, misspell his name. Kind of a pet peeve.

I've said this before, I ultimately think that Coker will win the job.I got a chance to watch him in practice one day, and he looks like the real deal physically. That being said, if Sims is the guy and we still win games, then I am a happy dude.

I hope both get a chance to show what they can do throwing. That includes deep balls. Coker throws a beauty of a deep ball, would like to see him take some shots to Coop/White. Would like to see Sims get some designed runs/options.

I just don't wanna see handoff handoff handoff screen handoff slant handoff handoff handoff slant handoff TD.

I'm all for slants and screens and hitches and what not. But don't be afraid to let them both prove they can throw down the field.

I'd be fine if Sims (or even Coker) runs zone read all the way down the field with a pass or two mixed in. I love running the ball down the other teams throat. Plus there is nothing more demoralizing to a defense.

That's also something I wouldn't mind seeing. Coker can run too, not like Sims, but he can run too. One or two options just to see if he can do anything would be interesting.

Sims has been working hard since day one and he's also a good friend of mine. Bruh deserves this.

I have no problem with Simms starting. He has definately earned the right. I dont believe this is some kind of dog and pony show as some have suggested. He is legitamately our best option and I hope he wins the job for good.
