If Miles was the beneficiary of the scheduling Alabama has gotten.. and gifted a rematch.. He'd have damn near the same exact accomplishments as Saban.

That being said.. give me Saban, he's a better coach. It's not by all that much.. but better is better.

I prefer Miles to represent LSU rather than the little prick Saban. Believe me when I tell you this. When Saban said he was leaving for the Dolphins many Louisiana people were happy to see that a-hole leave the state. Not it a hundred years did those same people think he would end up at Alabama, and resurrect their program. Bama was dead with a roster filled with two, three, and a hand full of four stars recruits. It's just been incredible bad luck that Saban has surfaced at Bama a University and a state that will do anything to win at football. Bear Bryant influenced the NCAA so many times, he influenced the Sugar Bowl, he just down right cheated. Cheating has been Bama's history, and they are the absolute best at it.

I would say Saban if he was committed to the program. But it was evident by the 2004 Capital One Bowl that he no longer cared.

Depends on if he'd mess with the defense and try to shoehorn in his scheming and coaching.

It won't really matter if we've got the best coach in the country as long as we'd be struggling with A&M and Auburn every year.

But I really just chimed in to downvote OP.

Actually Yates, Saban 4 times the coach Less is. 4 BCS Championships to 1. A 2 loss 1 at that.
