Be smart, he has only been there for a month and the other has been there for 5 years. Who would you feel more comfortable with at the moment. Doesn't mean things change or he isn't better or worse. Just means that one is more comfortable.

If they start Sims, it means that Coker isn't near what they thought he would be. It's going to be first year mediocre QB play again, but this time, they don't have a ridiculous defense nor a ridiculous offensive line to get them to the NCG.

This is somewhat of a misconception. Blake didnt play awful in garbage time the last two years. Look at his numbers, they arent bad at all. And the plays that were designed for him to run the ball, he is electric.
