Pearl is most likely taking anything like that into account.

fixed the link in my OP and even more beautiful. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think we'd be #3 in basketball recruiting.

From what I've gathered, he is just a guy on campus that knows some players. So no he wouldn't be reliable

Isn't he the one that said Marshall wouldn't qualify?

@GabeThaGreat: Not trying to be a Debbie downer but I would be shocked if the two top 100 players qualify. Serious grade issues. There is hope though.
It's been debated on here but he has been right alot more than not. He's credible IMO. And I have heard of the Purifoy grade issues as well. Don't know about Spencer.

Yes. One of his few misses. That was based of one of Nick's teammates at juco who went to Tennessee. GTG usually uses AU sources and those are right often.

Well he doesn't come out with breaking news that often.
He seems to make assumptions based on very little info to me.

I have not kept up with him much since NSD for the 2013 class but that year he was the first to call where AU recruits would go without guessing at it that year and was spot on. I get the feeling he is a very well connected student. If that's the case his run won't last much longer.

Gabe is good people, he's pretty credible and right more often than not. There was serious smoke when Marshall was trying to get in, but it got "cleared up" out of no where.

Gabe has some information, but this is BS, way too early to tell if they will make it... Most HS players have work to do.

Yeah only person with grade issues is Purifoy & I would bet that him attending Hargrave will help clear that up.

I would assume that's why he's chosen to go to military school for his senior year, right?

I'm not sure on the maximum, but as long as you're under the scholarship limit I think you're okay.

Early signing period is Nov 12-19
Regular signing period is April 15-May 20

While true it's not to early to know if a player is struggling. We here it with football juniors sometimes.
