Was an ill advised idea anyway. Not sure what they were expecting to happen. They had to know some push back was going to come their way. Hate to hear death threats were made if true. That seems to be a more common thing with all of this social media. Hate it.

The good news is, Updyke won't be a "celebrity" at a cancer fundraising event.
Hopefully the death threat isn't true, would be a silly thing to get a criminal record over.

Aubs have no sense of humor, nor any spirit of forgiveness. If Updyke could raise a good bit of money for a worthy cause, I say go for it.

Because of the reason stated in the article you're referencing. It takes focus from the real reason behind the charity event.

Because Auburn fans aren't interested in this sort of "aw shucks" version of revenge. We just want him to go away.
