Yeah, if you get your record expunged they are supposed to destroy the mugshots and fingerprints. Kinda defeats the purpose if they are already cached on the internet though. Pretty fricked up.
That said, I wish Auburn and the other schools would have one of these so I could grab shots of their players when they carjack mothers or slit old ladies' throats in the night. Or get caught with pot.
