And the diversion program the DA gave him on the rape, the very first incident? That would've been enough for me to boot his arse.
So how do you feel about Daniel Hood? He was a convicted rapist who UT let play. Was his "diversion" program & his apology to his victim good enough for you? Just curious...

Although I think this is the wrong thread for him to say what he said, if you want to respond you should probably double check what you type...

Whu? I was saying that others can't forcibly beat our meat without our consent...

But you are right, this isn't the thread for either post.

Deflecting to rant rivalries in this thread might be the most pathetic fricking thing I've ever seen.

Right. It's just coincidence that it's all cocks in here. Or maybe you all are just the biggest humanitarians?

I wouldn't have taken him and was upset when I heard about it. Hood was a juvenile (as in a real juvenile - a boy not even an older high schooler let alone a recruit) though and severely punished. He wasn't placed in diversion and he didn't rape anyone so much as fail to have even a modicum of courage to stop the older teen/adult who did. He thought what they were doing was a prank because they'd done a similar thing before that did not escalate into a sexual assault - when the other guy started the assault he pretty much stood there slackjawed and did nothing. The best thing that ever happened to Daniel Hood was that he was convicted, sent far away from home, and forced into juvenile custody. None of that's in dispute from the court documents. In some ways, he's one of the few success stories of the system. However, had it been me - I likely wouldn't have taken the chance despite his age at the time and the details of his involvement.

Except it's not. You're just seeing what you want to see, cocks.

Either way, I'd rather be called out on posting about Missouri than my school be a rape-enthusiast.

At least to some extent, this cost a life didn't it?

Yes ... it did. It's what had me so indignant several months ago.

This will have about as much effect as the swimmer case...which was none.

Washington was a bad dude. He was kicked out of school. What's the issue?

"It's okay if you rape people! We'll kick you out and then everything will be fine. You might even get a few chances if you're a good athlete!"

What? Who said it was ok? Washington is a POS from all accounts, and he was removed from school because of it.

I fail to see what you aren't understanding here?

Such a martyr. Thanks for giving up your posting privileges to make the world aware of the evil that is Mizzou.

In regard to the allegation that a member of our coaching staff threatened to revoke the scholarship of a student-athlete if she pressed charges in an assault case, as soon as we learned of the Columbia Police Report, we spoke to the coach, the former player and others and found that claim to be unsubstantiated.

Title IX is a gigantic crock of shite that accomplishes nothing productive and a lot destructive.

If the story is right, complying with Title IX would have been a good start.

Better not screw around with Barack and Michelle's DOE. Can't even have a fricking bake sale in a school any more (although that's USDA).

They knew about the first girl - the one who was raped as well as the others.

Mizzou more than "knew about it." The campus police requested a warrant from Boone County. The legal authorities declined to press charges.

This isn't a pretty picture for a Mizzou, but there was no cover up in any of the instances cited. The soccer player declined to file charges, citing her scholarship. The University unequivocally denied that the threatening of her scholarship happened. The local prosecutor declined to file charges in the first rape. And the 4th incident happened while he was suspended from the team and the 3rd incident was being litigated.

I will say, as I said with Michael Dixon, there should be no second chances with a credible rape allegation. Get out and stay out. That should have happened in 2008 with Washington even though the prosecutor declined to press charges.
